This kit is made to mount your bags directly on the lower bars which are 1 1/2" x 2 1/2"  1/4" wall tubing. Upper bars are 1" DOM 1/4" wall and have one adjustable end. Includes all laser cut mounting brackets, tabs and grade 8 hardware.   This kit will take about 2 weeks to build.
